*The minimum age requirement for access to the SPA is 18. *Cell phones should be switched off in the Spa.

Entry Fee

Entry to Spa "Zen" is only available by to our hotel guests, to our hotel club members and to visitors with program reservaitons. Hotel guests have access to the Fitness Zone free of charge during their stay. Entry fee will be necessary to use other facilities in the Spa building including shower and locker areas.
Spa "Zen" is also open for runners. A shower & a locker can be used as a running station.

Dear Program Guest

We advise our guests to reserve the programs ahead of time. We recommend that you check in at SPA reception at least 60 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment, which would allow you ample time to enjoy the facilities.
All guests that are participating in treatment programs are allowed to use Aqua zone, Fitness zone and the relaxation lounge.
All guests that are participating in personal training programs are allowed to use the relaxation lounge.

Arriving

To make the most of your spa time, and enjoy the various facilities of "Zen", we recommend arriving up to an hour prior to your appointment. That way, you can relax and unwind before the treatment begins.

Rental

Swim suit, training wear, sneakers are available to rent. *A robe and slippers will be provided for use during your treatments, and your body will remain fully draped and hidden from view of other guests.

SPA etiquette

1. At the SPA we respect our guest's privacy and request that there will be no use of cellular phones in the SPA vicinity so we can maintain a quiet relaxed environment.
2. Swim suit is mandatory at the Aqua zone area.
3. Guests in SPA floor (Rm#512-Rm#525) are allowed to enter with their room bathrobe and slipper onto the SPA.

Health Conditions

Please advise the SPA staff of any allergies or health concerns when making the reservation.

Appointments & Cancellation

We recommend making appointments in advance. Should you be late for your appointment, we may have to change the content and length of your program due to resulting time/facility/therapist constraints. If you wish to cancel your appointment, please notify us by 10 p.m. on the day prior to your appointment in order to avoid being charged a cancellation fee of 100 percent for the service(s).

Gift Certificates

Please inform reception desk if you are interested in purchasing a gift certificate.

Home Care

If you would like to experience SPAZEN TOKYO at home, we do sell the products at the reception desk.
