Dry Aged Beef is a Grill & Wine 'Taronga" specialty that comes highly recommended. Only select cuts of properly-marbled beef are painstaking dry-aged to optimum taste for fourteen days in a climate controlled warehouse monitored for precise humidity and temperature. The removal of excess moisture and natural promotion of amino acids provides for concentrated flavor in a tender juicy cut, an unforgettable beef experience.
