The "Taronga" Wine bar and Grill on the 2nd floor allows children and has special kids' menu ready.
"Ocean Dining" has dedicated Kids Buffet tables on Saturdays and Sunday.

2) Where can we dine in privacy?
"Ocean Dining", "Terrace on the Bay", "TOH-GU", and "SAKURA" has their own private dining facilities. Our Banquet and Convention facilities can also hold Dinners, luncheons, Cocktail parties, etc.
3) Are pets allowed in your dining facilities?
Please note that we do not allow pets and animals on the grounds and facilities of our hotel, except for guide animals.
4) Can we reserve for breakfast?

Breakfast can be reserved by placing the reservation tag on your door knob by 24:00 of the previous night.
[Restaurants]
None of our restaurants take reservation for breakfasts.
1) Can we use JAL COUPON & JAL IC COUPON at your restaurants?
JAL COUPON & JAL IC COUPON can be used at all the restaurants and bars on our premises, as well as, at our "Premium Pallette" store.

1) Can your restaurant hold Japanese Engagements (Yui-No)?
"TOH-GU" and "SAKURA" has Yui-No packages.
2) Tell us which restaurant can hold wedding receptions.
"Terrace on the Bay", "SAKURA", "Ocean Dining" will be happy to accommodate wedding receptions and parties.
1) Parking Validations
Please show your parking ticket (small yellow card) to the cashier. The following validation vouchers will be presented.
Over 3,000 yen of spending: 2 hours.
Over 10,000 yen of spending: 4 hours.
For any extra parking hours, charges of 1000 yen for the first hour and 500 yes for incremental 30 minutes will be applicable. Please settle your parking charges at the auto vendor at the exit of the parking lot.
2) Is there any smoking area in your dining facilities?
Smoking is available at "Captain's Bar", and the outdoor dining areas of "Taronga" and "Veranda".
3) Can I leave my luggage with you prior to checking in and after checking out of your hotel?
Please speak to our Bell Captain, stationed on the 2nd floor.
