1) How early can I make a reservation for my stay?
Reservations by phone can be made as early as a year prior to your intended stay.
On-line bookings can be made as early as 3 moths prior, but no later than 2 days prior to your intended stay.
* There will be certain "Block out days", such as the new years holidays and the night of the Tokyo bay fireworks festival.
2) What is your cancellation policy?
The following cancellation and no show charges apply: 20% of room rate is charged for cancellations made on the day prior to your arrival. 80% of room rate is charged for cancellations made on the day prior of your arrival. No show charges: 100% of your room charge.
3) Can I reserve a room by specifying the room number?
We are sorry, but we can only accommodate your request for room types and views available.
4) Can I reserve a room on a particular floor?
While we are committed to doing our best to fulfill your request, we cannot guarantee a reservation of a room on certain floors.
1) Is the Rainbow Bridge visible from all the guest rooms?
The Rainbow Bridge will be visible from ( ). While you will not be able to see the Rainbow Bridge from the Parkview Room, Portview Room and the Port Garden Suite, you can still enjoy a very interesting landscape of the Tokyo bay as it faces the Haneda Airport, Shinagawa Pier, and other sections of central Tokyo.
2) Can we stay in a group larger than 2 people?
We have readied rooms for 3 and 4 people. Please note that the use of the wall bed will cost an additional charge of 7,000JPY per night. There are also some interconnecting rooms to accommodate larger groups. Please ask us for suggestions.

6) Do you have non-smoking rooms?
We do. Please indicate your preference for smoking or non-smoking rooms when making a reservation.
7) Is there sleepwear in the rooms?
We have readied nightshirts for your use during your stay. If there will be children accompanying you on your stay please ask us for smaller sizes.
8) Which supplies and appliances do you have available in the bathrooms?
We have shampoo, hair rinse, body soap, combs, hair bands, toothbrushes, hair dryers, razors, shower caps, toilet paper, and towels.
9) Do you have internet connection in the rooms?
All rooms have ethernet connection to the internet. The daily cost is 2,100JPY per day. Please inquire at our front desk for internet service to your room.
10) Can I rent Video/DVD players?
We have a limited number of DVD players (Region2) and VHS player (NTSC) for rent free of charge to our guests.
11) Will there be an additional charge for a child who sleeps with the parent's in the same bed?
Should you share a bed with children at or below the age of 9, we will not charge for extra occupancy, should your reservation was made directly with us. Please inquire to your travel agent regarding similar policy should you have booked with an agent.
12) Are there baby cribs available?
We have a limited numbers of baby cribs available for rent out free of charge. The crib is suitable for children under the age of 13 months. We advise prospective guests to make a reservation for the crib in advance to assure availability.
13) Can I purchase the hotel supplies?
Hotel supplies and products with hotel insignia are available for your purchase at "Boutique Balcony" on the 2nd Floor.
14) Are pets allowed in your dining facilities?
Please note that we do not allow pets and animals on the grounds and facilities of our hotel, except for guide animals.
1) How do I get to the Tokyo Disney Resort?
There is a shuttle bus to and from the Tokyo Disney Resort. The bus is available only by prior reservation. Please inquire at our front desk or call our reservations desk directly at +813-5500-5500
2) How do I get validation for parking?
Hotel guests can use the parking lot at a discounted rate of 1000JPY per day. Please ask for a validation ticket at the front desk. The ticket is valid from 13:00 on the date of your arrival, until 13:00 on the date of your departure.
1) Check-in/check-out, Prior settlement
The front desk may become busy around the normal check-in/check-out time (15:00/12:00). We appreciate your understanding. We also recommend that our guests settle all accounts prior to turning in the key to our front desk. All checkout procedures will be completed by the time you turn your room key in for departure. Please ask our front desk for details.
